MIL-STD-105E/ANSI/ASQZ1.4
We uses MIL-STD-105E as the sampling standard and Acceptable Quality Level(AQL). This effective method is widely adopted to decide whether one particular production lot is acceptable or not, with no need to inspect every single item. This standard is equivalent to all national or international standardization organizations such as ANSI/ASQZ1.4, ISO2859, NF06-022, BS 6001, DIN 40080. It specifies the amount of samples to be inspected, and suggests the maximum acceptable quantity of defective goods in the samples, unless clients specify otherwise. Our default acceptable quality level is based on Level II.
- Defect Classifications
-
We classified the defect into three categories as follow.
Critical defect---likely to be hazardous or unsafe to the consumers. Our default critical defect AQL is 0. Major Defect---Leads to function failures or reduction of product availability, or obvious appearance fault which may affect the sale ability of product. Our default major defect AQL is 2.5.
Minor Defect---Does not reduce the availability of product, but it below the defined quality standard. Our default minor defect AQL is 4.0.
